FLI was founded in 2001 to meet the need for training leaders. Helping people lead biblically in their own lives, their families, churches, businesses and communities.

 

Meeting the needs of people and communities with the wisdom of God will demand well trained leaders.

 

Without properly equipped leader's society will progressively disintegrate and become hopeless with no sense of a hopeful future.

Ephesians 4: 11-13 “to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” (NIV)

 

With this in mind FLI focus on making material available to train leaders so that they can be productive and execute their particular mission.

 

The instruction materials focus on developing a biblical worldview with an emphasis on servant – leadership, discipleship and wholistic biblical living in all spheres of life. The training aims to equip leaders in family, church, business and civil government.

 

Since 2005 FLI has equipped thousands of leaders around the globe to provide practical biblical training. Our goal at FLI is help our graduates build a biblical worldview and foundation as they pursue the Holy Spirit inspired journey that God is leading them into.
